We do not offer returns or refunds unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect in size or print.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if the print or size is incorrect, contact us immediately. We will review the issue and provide a resolution if the claim is valid.
Incorrect Size Orders
- We do not offer returns or refunds for items ordered in the wrong size. For example, if you ordered a small but intended to order a medium, we cannot accept a return or offer a refund.
- We strongly recommend using our size guide before placing an order to ensure the correct fit.
- However, if you receive a different size than what you ordered (e.g., you ordered a medium but received a small), we will correct the mistake.
Non-Returnable Items
- We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect orders placed by the customer.
- Items that have been worn, used, or are not in their original packaging cannot be returned.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. If your item has a size or print issue due to an error on our part, we will provide a replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly printed/sized. Once your claim is approved, a refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.
